By accessing and using Fresh Box services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Subscription Service

Our subscription service includes:

• Regular delivery of fresh organic produce
• Ability to skip, pause, or cancel deliveries at any time
• No lock-in contracts or cancellation fees
• Flexibility to modify orders before the cutoff time

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• Subscription payments are processed according to your chosen delivery schedule

Delivery

We deliver to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas. Delivery is $12 per order (free for orders over $180). Specific delivery windows are provided at checkout.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty
• Orders can be modified or cancelled before the cutoff time
• Refunds are provided for damaged or missing items
• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products

Product Quality

All produce is certified organic and sourced from farms within 100km. While we strive for perfection, natural variations in produce are normal. Contact us immediately if you're unsatisfied with any item.

Limitation of Liability

Fresh Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
